today I and Jesse made a quiz it was fun to make we could have picked a few different things to make but we thought this was the best thing to make    

seasonal poem

 summer occurs Monday 21st of December

in summer everybody is happy because it's nice and hot.

lots of people go down to the beach and play. and look for greenstone and go fishing

people go on holidays go to the pools  

belongings to me poem

this is my blue go-kart 

it looks like a stripped race car it is blue it's rusty 

it smells like gas and grass 

it feels fun it's bumpy it feels fast it has a lot of vibration 

it sounds like a lion it's loud it sounds fast.

the tree of life

 she held hope in her outstretched hands. kneeling gently on the ground she prepared herself for what she knew she had to do. the cool water trickled through her muddy fingers, and the soft black earth felt comfortingly warm on her palms. planting the tree of life would mean a new beginning. the opportunities were endless... feeling the excitement course through her quivering body. she lowered the tree of life into a small hole she had prepared. it was time... 

it was a fun day at my friend's house she had the tree of life it gave me a really weird feeling I was going back there the next day. 24 hours later here we are as I walked in the house I got the feeling again AND THEN I STARTED SHRINKING I  was smaller than a mouse I ran to the tree of life and I swam in the river and suddenly I was normal size again I ran out the door and went back home   

today we were writing stories about the tree of life my favorite bit was drawing the picture of the tree of life.

WALT do descriptive language

 it was a sweltering hot day at the beach. there were lots of people playing in the water and in the sand. people were having lots of fun. the waves crashing into the sand and a few people were fishing. and then. suddenly my dog was gone and when we found him he was eating the remains of a fish and me and my dad got him away from it then me and dad went looking for greenstone. unfortunately, we didn't find any greenstone but we walked all the way to a big river. if you fell in you most likely get out wouldn't get out unless the waves brought you back in. then we decided to go back and that was it. 

getting to know me

today we were learning about getting to know me we made self-portraits with one half of the face your hobbies and stuff

kawa of care

 

this week we were learning about kawa of care. every start of the year we learn more of the kawa of care and we learn to respect other peoples property
